Terms of Service

Please review these terms before applying as a tenant, setting up a tenant portal account, or activating a property manager account through a public invitation link.

1. Use of the platform

This platform is provided to support property management operations, tenant onboarding, lease workflows, invoicing, payment tracking, and manager account administration. Access may be restricted, suspended, or revoked where misuse, fraud, or unauthorized activity is detected.

2. Account registration

Users who register through invitation or onboarding links must provide accurate information, keep their credentials secure, and use the platform only for legitimate tenancy or property management purposes. You are responsible for actions taken through your account.

3. Tenant applications and onboarding

Submitting a tenant application or setting up a tenant account does not automatically guarantee approval, tenancy, or unit allocation. All applications and assignments remain subject to property review, verification, availability, and internal approval rules.

4. Property manager access

Property managers are granted access only to the properties assigned to them by the super admin. Manager accounts may be subject to subscription terms, trial limits, payment requirements, and access restrictions if subscription obligations are not met.

5. Data accuracy and uploads

You confirm that the information, documents, and files you submit are accurate and lawful to share. False, misleading, or unauthorized submissions may lead to rejection, suspension, or termination of platform access.

6. Payments and third-party services

The platform may connect to third-party services such as accounting systems and payment gateways. Payment processing, payment confirmation, and related records may depend on those third-party integrations and their availability, rules, and response times.

7. Privacy and compliance

Your use of the platform is also subject to the Privacy Policy. By using the system, you acknowledge that operational, identity, lease, invoice, and payment data may be processed for property administration, compliance, accounting, fraud prevention, and dispute handling.

8. Suspension and termination

The platform operator may suspend or terminate access where there is non-payment, misuse, attempted unauthorized access, breach of these terms, or legal or compliance risk. Records may still be retained where required for operational or legal reasons.

9. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updates means you accept the revised terms.
